In Galileoskay company the implementation project of Business Process Management Suite is begun

The EleWise company signed the agreement with Galileoskay LLC company on system implementation of business process management of ELMA.

Background

With the purpose of ensuring flexibility and a delivery reliability, accounting of wishes of clients, company management the decision on system implementation of management business was made by processes.

Within the first stage of an implementation project work on user training, and also start in operation of one of key business processes "Processing of the request from the client" is done with a scope of a part of formation of the document.

The next stage of implementation plans holding actions for integration ELMA and 1C and also creation of a management system for indicators of Galileoskay LLC for the purpose of the analysis of performing discipline of employees and quality improvement of a company performance.
