Arnel Engineering implements Business Process Management Suite of the enterprise

EleWise started project implementation of system implementation of business process management of ELMA in ARNEL Engineering company.

Task

Main objective of the project - creation of a control system, the analysis and business process management at the enterprise.

Solution

At the first stage work within business process "Processing of the order of the buyer", including subprocesses "Creation and approval of the agreement" and Complete set is automated. Also within this stage setup of integration into the 1C: Enterprise system, i.e. setup of the blocks of business process containing transactions of data exchange with a 1C system is made.

Expectations

In general, a system will increase the level of operational interaction between employees and divisions, control level, thereby promotes increase in level of the service provided by the enterprise to end consumers of services and the adjacent organizations.

The following of stages plans scaling of a system for the bigger number of users and automation of other processes of the company.
