The EleWise company started system implementation of business process management and electronic document management of ELMA in city administration Iridescent.

Task

For increase in efficiency of City administration Iridescent in December, 2011 the choice of Business Process Management Suite and electronic document management was organized. The analysis of systems is carried out and the ELMA system meeting all imposed requirements for functionality and for convenience of using and maintenance is selected.

The administration has a difficult organization structure. Managements and departments of municipal authority are located in different districts of the city that affects the speed of processes of interaction and data exchange between employees.
