Content

Specialists of the company 1C: Accounting and Trade (BITS) completed the project of complex automation of the engineering center "Water equipment" using solutions 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8, "1C: Trade Management 8" and "1C: Accounting 8".

Prerequisites

Earlier at the enterprise different information systems using which it was difficult to control stock balance were used and to plan purchases of the necessary descriptions of goods.

Periodically there were situations when to the client who addressed to one of shops, it was announced that the required goods are unavailable though actually it was in a warehouse of other shop or in the central warehouse. If the client did not take away the reserved goods, then products were delayed in a warehouse for indefinite time since tools for operating control and reflection in a system of accounting of similar situations were not.

Products are shipped to clients only after carrying out payment. But due to the lack of efficiency in accounting there were situations when the client actually paid the order, and payment is not reflected in the system of the company yet, as a result the goods were not shipped to the buyer in time.

In the company the system of discounts on discount cards is applied to regular wholesale customers depending on order amount, duration of cooperation and the personal relations. If the client left the card at home – the seller could reduce manually the price that did not allow to control justification of discounts.

Also it was required to differentiate operational accounting on wholesale and retail sales of the company, to optimize conducting accounting and tax accounting. Besides, the company is engaged in installation and service maintenance of the equipment, but because of manual accounting it was difficult to plan and control accomplishment of these work types. Therefore a new system had to automate and accounting of services of production character.

The company management made the decision on implementation of a new information system which would provide exact control of stock balance and movement of goods from a warehouse in all retail outlets.

Solution

For the solution of assigned tasks the 1C: Trade Management 8, 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 and 1C: Accounting 8 software products were selected. The 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) became the partner in implementation.

During the project 100 jobs in management company, three remote shops and in a warehouse are automated.

Integration of an information system into the equipment for reading of discount cards is made. Now, discounts are calculated automatically in the program individually for each client that excludes a possibility of wrong providing a discount to the retail buyer. As a result profitability of sales increased by 15%., and the management obtains information according to the results of sales on each client separately with data on quantity and frequency of transactions, structure of orders and volumes of the provided discounts at any moment.

Result

As a result by 3.5 times service rate of clients increased, the turnover of a warehouse and money increased by 30%.

Profitability of sales increased by 15%, and the management obtains reliable information about activity of the enterprise at any moment.

Speed of formation of the regulated accounting and tax statements increased twice.
