The Comt De Syerzh company thanks all project participants of automation of activity using ASoft CRM. Initially we appealed to specialists of ACTiCOM IT Consulting to pick up the Customer Relationship Management System under our requirements. It was necessary to resolve issues not only implementations of CRM, but also integration of a system with Avaya IP telephony. As a result to us suggested to consider the ASoft CRM system which developers have wide integration experience.
After acquaintance with ASoft CRM we did not begin to consider other systems, so as it completely satisfied us both by the opportunities, and at cost.
Specialists of ASoft showed high professionalism in approach to the client and in implementation of the delivered requirements. As a result of the carried-out works we received the qualitative software product which automates process of relationship with the client from his address before direct work.
