NPO SAPFIR automates AIS MFC Chita on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 platform.
Task
In December, 2011 works on implementation of the Automated control system for providing the public and municipal services based on the Multifunction center Chita of Zabaykalsky Krai by AIS MFC began. As the platform for the solution it was selected by Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0.
One of main objectives of implementation of this solution - increase in effective management of process of providing the public and municipal services based on MFC.
Opinion
The project manager Yulia Ulyanova notes: "With the management of MFC of Chita all agreements, particular purposes, tasks and terms of the project were achieved. In cooperation with specialists of MFC setup of a system is now conducted, and at the end of February its input in trial operation is planned. The solution corresponds to the federal law of 7/27/2010 N 210-FZ "About the organization of providing the public and municipal services" and to all normative regulations of internal and external document flow of the Customer".
