2016: Revocation of license
The order of the Bank of Russia of 3/24/16 revokes a license for banking operations from credit institution Limited liability company commercial bank Bogorodsky (LLC).
Such decision is made by the Bank of Russia in connection with non-execution by credit institution of the federal laws regulating banking activity and also regulations of the Central Bank, reported the regulator.
The bank pursued the high risk credit policy connected with placement of money in low-quality assets. As a result of execution of requirements of supervisory authority for formation of the reserves adequate to the accepted risks, the credit institution completely lost own means.
In the circumstances the Bank of Russia on the basis of Article 20 of the federal law "About Banks and Banking Activity" fulfilled a duty on a response at credit institution of a license for banking operations.
In Bogorodsky (LLC) bank the temporary administration was appointed.
