BARS GROUP won the tender for creation of reporting system for the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation

On January 27 the BARS GROUP won an auction on creation of a system of collecting and the code of the reporting for the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation. The software package is designed to automate the processes of the reporting connected with monitoring of activity of federal institutions according to the Federal law of the Russian Federation No. 83 of 5/8/10.

According to tender conditions, a system should be based on Web technologies to create a common information space for state institutions. For implementation of these purposes the solution founded on own platform of BARS GROUP – BARS.web Codes was proposed. It will provide a possibility of maintaining the single database in the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation responsible for collecting and consolidation of the reporting. At the same time remote protected access to a software package will be provided to accountable organizations.

To a system connection more than 25,000 organizations financed from the federal budget is planned. All works on project implementation and personnel training are carried out by BARS GROUP.

The BARS GROUP participated in the seminar "Implementation of the Uniform information and analytical system of collecting and the code of the reporting of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation" which was taking place on July 3, 2012 in Moscow.

The seminar was held within works on upgrade of the state information system of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation of the AIS "Finance". Since July 1, 2012 replacement of the information subsystems providing input and transfer by the main managers of means of the federal budget and financial bodies of the subjects of the Russian Federation of reporting data by the Uniform information and analytical system of collecting and the code of the reporting of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation is performed.

The new Unified information system is development of BARS GROUP and is founded on its own platform — BARS.web Codes. A system will provide a possibility of maintaining the single database in the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation, responsible for collecting and consolidation of the reporting. At the same time remote protected access to a software package is provided to accountable organizations.

The member of task force at the Commission on public discussion of questions of creation and information technology development in the field of management of public finance of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation, the First Deputy CEO of BARS GROUP - Dmitry Vakhrushev - submitted the report on the subject "Operating Procedure in the Single System". It disclosed technology of work with a system, an order of filling of forms of the reporting online, calculation of control ratios, an algorithm of check of correctness of the entered data and also the scheme of processing of protocols of errors and elimination of notes.
