Biography

Was born on October 11, 1957 in Chita.

In 1980 graduated from the Leningrad polytechnical institute of Kalinin (nowadays — the St. Petersburg state polytechnical university) in Thermophysics. Honored power engineering specialist of the Russian Federation.

• In 1980 — 1996 — the engineer, the senior engineer of laboratory of heat tests, the senior engineer of control of the block, the driver-inspector on the turbine equipment of shopping center, the shift supervisor of turbine workshop, the shift supervisor of block No. 2, the shift supervisor of the station of the first stage of the Smolensk NPP (Desnogorsk of the Smolensk region).
• In 1996 — 1998 — the deputy manager of General directorate, the deputy manager of Department on commerce — the head of information and analysis department of Rosenergoatom Concern (Moscow).
• In 1998 — 2001 — the first deputy marketing director, economy and a business activity of Rosenergoatom Concern.
• In 2001 — 2006 — the acting director, the director, the deputy CEO of Rosenergoatom Concern — the director of the branch of Rosenergoatom Concern "Smolensk nuclear power plant".
• In 2006 — 2008 — the First Deputy CEO, the Acting CEO of Federal State Unitary Enterprise Rosenergoatom Concern.
• From June, 2008 to January, 2010 — the deputy CEO of State Atomic Energy Corporation "Rosatom".
• Since February, 2010 — the deputy CEO — the director of Directorate of a nuclear power complex of State Atomic Energy Corporation "Rosatom".
