TNK-BP and MOLGA Consulting announced in the summer of 2012 project completion on unification of basic processes of personnel management in TNK-BP.
Increase in effective management of business processes of HR due to ensuring their transparency, standardization and a ghost to the uniform corporate level became a main goal of the project.
In a portfolio of TNK-BP tens extracting, overworking and the sales enterprises in eight largest regions of Russia where practically in everyone there are local specifics and features in approaches to personnel management. To eliminate distinctions and to result them in uniformity, the decision on unification of HR processes for all enterprises of the company was made.

Personnel management system not an exception. Since 2002 we work in a system based on SAP ERP of HCM and constantly we are engaged in its development. Today we implement a problem of standardization of all processes of HR and their reduction to uniform corporate standards of management. Our old partner, MOLGA Consulting company, carried out a full-fledged cycle of the analysis of the current situation and proposed the solution which bears in itself the best practices, will allow to minimize costs for support of a system and to increase efficiency and transparency of processes of work with personnel".
At the initial stage of the project examination and the analysis of the existing personnel management system and business settlement processes of the salary, personnel records, planning and a time recording and management of organizational creation was conducted. Based on the booked audit all differences of local settings of a system and the existing personnel management processes at the different enterprises of the company were revealed, recommendations about their unification and standardization are developed.
Feygina Anna, acting head of development department and support of SAP THK-BP: "During the project 1296 differences in basic HR processes and settings of a system, from them the 836th corporate level, 457 local and 3 industry were revealed. The main objective of the project was achieved. The solution proposed by specialists of MOLGA Consulting will provide system control at execution of operations in a system, will reduce risk of emergence of errors when reporting, will provide a possibility of transfer of personnel functions to Uniform Service center HR and also will create the unified information environment providing to the management up-to-date and reliable information for acceptance of management decisions".
Besides within the project all business processes were reflected in a type of flowcharts and text descriptions in ARIS - the tools used by the company for visualization of business processes. At any moment according to the changing conditions of business it is enough to make to the administrator changes to structure of business process in ARIS as a descriptive part of documentation changes for all enterprises TNK-BP, - it allows to have always relevant documentation at the local, industry and corporate level and to quickly make changes to settings of a personnel management system.

If earlier development was necessary for satisfaction of business needs, then in the current time the solution based on SAP ERP of HCM keeps up to date and allows to make a lot of things standard settings of a system. Implementation of the received recommendations in a system and improvement of performance management processes of activity, remunerations, social programs, training and a talent pool will become the next stage of works.
