"BLANCO RUS" automates personnel records and payroll

1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) in cooperation with BLANCO RUS LLC completed the project of complex automation.

Task

Due to the beginning of cooperation with the new logistic operator who performs complex processing of goods and their warehousing the enterprise had a need for transition to a new information system. It was required to adjust operational bilateral data exchange with the accounting system of the logistic operator, to create an effective end-to-end system for work with orders of buyers, to optimize planning processes and preparation of supplier orders in Germany and also to expand a possibility of obtaining analytical data on the current activity. Besides, it was necessary to automate processes of personnel records and payroll, budgeting and financial planning.

As tools for the solution of assigned tasks the company management selected a complex of software products of 1C: 1C: Trade Management 8, 1C: Accounting 8 and "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8".

Budget planning and distribution of financial resources are automated using "BITS. Finance".

Result

Thanks to fall forward of processing and a complete set of orders of buyers of the company it is possible to service clients twice quicker. The 1C: Accounting 8 and 1C: Payroll and HR Management 8 programs help to hand over the regulated reporting in time and to calculate the salary to the employees. Specialized solution "BIT. Finance" provides operational financial planning, formation and budget performance monitoring.
