"Till 2010 we worked in the old manner: magazines of registration of orders, phones, radio sets. Despite quite successful business, it did not correspond in any way to that service level which would be associated at clients with the word VIP, - the director of the Three taxi, Alexander Slastunov tells. – I would like that the service conformed to the highest standards, but everything somehow was not enough for spirit, I was afraid to entrust the business, the child, to unstable and unreliable, in my opinion, electronic software. However progress forced me to make quicker the decision when in our city even the smallest firm began to transport passengers in the machine with pleasant music, we as VIP taxi, already just had no right to force our clients to listen to hissing of the radio set and permanent negotiations on air".

According to Alexander Slastunov, prior to search of the automated solution, he even did not suspect that the market of a specialized software so dazzles with offers. Selecting the program, the director of the Three taxi first of all wanted to get rid of noisy radio sets which gave the mass of an inconvenience to clients. However, in process of market research of software products, gradually he began to see the new horizons for development of the business.

"Now I was not guided by the only purpose any more, and wanted to win the additional markets of this service industry. From this position function of work with corporate clients in Infinity TAXI very much attracted, from Weathervane Sale - clients are entered to the database, all settlement is fixed. Most of all the fact that for each such client, it is possible to fix the "favourite" machine is pleasant, in my opinion, it is great advantage: nobody is lost and the client precisely knows what machine behind him will arrive, and the driver does not put not by request any more. All these services yet nobody in the city were provided, but I saw on them certain demand. Besides, from all software products considered by me, and they were about 10, Infinity differed in simplicity and pithiness that bribed me as person with the minimum knowledge of the computer", - Alexander Slastunov shares.

System implementation was performed by specialists of the representative of Weathervane Sale company in the North Caucasian Federal District - "Weathervane Sale the South".

"What to hide, some problems first of course were, something as regards the program, something because I decided to save on the system administrator, but quickly enough everything was solved. Problems as regards the software were quickly solved by technical support "Weathervane Sale the South", and I solved a problem with the administrator after I was convinced that the competent specialist is not luxury, but need of smoothly running work with electronics. And just 3 months ago I accepted the proposal of the management "Weathervane Sale the South" and passed to service in their contact center: in my opinion so more simply and concerning hiring of personnel the head does not hurt, and the rooms do not need to be had, and the equipment … Yes what here to say, all and is so clear, just removed from himself a load of cares and experiences, that's all", – Alexander Slastunov summarizes.

At the moment, on average in day of the Three Taxi successfully services more than 1000 VIP clients a day. In the next plans equipment of machines navigation and taximeters based on Infinity for increase in the status of firm and service quality.
