System implementation will provide complex information and analytical support of development process and approval of state programs, will provide to the general public information on activity of authorities, will allow to increase efficiency of monitoring of implementation of state programs due to public control of activity of federal executive authorities.
The stage of the project proceeded from October, 2011 to August, 2012.
Project Results
On December 19, 2013 the Prognoz company announced creation of the open portal of state programs (www.programs.gov.ru) for the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation.
The portal allows to get acquainted with general information about the existing programs and also with the plan and the course of implementation, target indicators, data on planned and actual financing.
By means of the open portal citizens, public organizations, members of the media and business can ask a question about the interesting topic, obtain the main normative legal information.
The open portal of state programs is created within the single analytical information system directed to quality improvement of management of state programs.
