Territory of development (Odintsovo) of DALION: Management of shop. Missile defense

Due to the development of the services offered buyers in shop (sale of draft beer, own cookery, production and sale of confectionery) at the management of shop (Territoriya razvitiya LLC) there was a need for additional automation: the program used earlier had no necessary functionality and did not work on the new equipment, additional hardware of new jobs was required. In a new system it was necessary to consider specifics of activity of shop, including: accounting of discounts for pensioners, cost accounting of dishes and accounting of processing of ingredients.

By "1C architect of business" it was selected from quality of the contractor not casually. A role was played by the certified quality management system, presence of the certified specialists and also the competent presentation of the offered products.

Proceeding from needs of the client, specialists of the Center of complex business development of the company "1C Architect of business" offered the client a system, a basis for which were two software products: "DALION: Management of missile defense shop" (for automation of jobs of a back office) and "Frontol Trade" (for automation of jobs of cashiers).

It should be noted that as it was talked of automation of already working shop, and every minute of idle time threatened with loss of revenue, it was necessary to observe the terms set by the customer. It is successful the ready service package on installation and a software setup and the equipment which is repeatedly checked by professionals of "1C Architect of business" on a set of implementations in supermarkets with cookery helped to cope with this task. For example, data transfer from "1C: Trade Management 8" in a new information system "DALION: Management of missile defense shop" it was performed automatically — using own processing of "1C Architect of business" (transfer of all nomenclature of shop "manually" would take several times more time and could lead to numerous errors). Much attention was also paid to personnel training for work with a new system and the subsequent consultations.

In total within the project five jobs of a back office and three cash desks were equipped. A new system was brought into operation at the end of December, and already since the beginning of new year the personnel of shop fully estimated possibilities of modern solutions for retail automation. In particular, customer service quality as the Frontol system is protected from errors of cashiers improved (for example, input of the wrong purchase discount). Managers and heads thanks to the DALION program had an opportunity to quickly trace financial performance of activity of shop.

After a successful completion of the project of Territoriya razvitiya 2003 LLC decided to continue cooperation with "1C Architect of business": works on the equipment of the second shop in Moscow area are planned.
