The X Net integrator implements a control system of events in network

The IT Exploration Services company started implementation of the OmniTracker software product in X Net company system integrator.

Plans and expectations

Process automation is going to be executed using the OmniTracker software product based on ITSM Center v3 template. Specialists of IT Exploration Services provided training of employees of the customer in administration of the platform that allowed to implement approach to the project at which X Net actively participates in project works.

The choice of X Net company for benefit of the OmniTracker software product was caused by need of creation of harmonious structure of IT services and also ensuring effective technical maintenance of the set computer networks. As expected, together with the system of remote service OmniTracker IT Service Management Center will allow to carry out remote diagnostics and will provide operational problem solving, in case of need connecting specialized engineers.

For effective technical maintenance of the set computer networks the X Net company made the decision on system implementation of registration and tracking of requests based on a software platform of OmniTracker of Omninet company. According to Sergey Yakhontov, implementation of OmniTracker will allow X Net to use most effectively time of the certified engineers and to give effective round-the-clock support to the clients.
