Doctor Liu (BIT: Management of the medical center)

The 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) successfully implemented the project on automation of managerial and operational accounting in the medical center "Doctor Liu" by means of "BITS: Management of medical center 8". This program completely considers specifics of business of the commercial enterprises working in the field of health care. In the project progress 11 jobs, including, places of the administrator, the director, doctors and the accountant were automated.

The main activities of the medical center "Doctor Liu" are acupuncture, different types of massage, physical therapy, a girudoterapiya, manual therapy, cosmetology, etc.

The management of medical institution was interested in use of the software product which would allow to keep account of visitors of the medical center, to control settlement with patients and to perform payroll calculation to the employees. At the same time the program had to provide a possibility of interaction with "1C: Accounting 8".

The program "BIT meets the specified requirements: Management of medical center 8" which implementation allows:

• automate work with the customer base and monitor settlement with visitors;
• manage the cost of services;
• automate conducting commodity and monetary accounting, etc.

Specialists of BIT implemented the software product, account policy is configured, completion of a printed form of acts is carried out, "The act for settlement with insurance companies" is created, loading of the reference book of diagnoses of PTsR 10 is executed. Besides, program "BIT: Management of medical center 8" "1C: Accounting 8" was integrated with the installed program for conducting regulated accounting.

Implementation of the specialized software product gave the chance in a complex to automate work of the medical center, to provide to employees and the leaders of the medical center the convenient tool for conducting management accounting. In plans of the medical center — further business development, opening of two more centers with the adjusted data exchange between their information bases.
