The Infocraft company executed the project of automation of dispatching service of New Yellow Taxi company. On the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform are united in the unified information system: dispatching office, call center, system of satellite monitoring of motor transport, mobile application of drivers. All processes of dispatching service are completely automated, beginning from an incoming call of the client and finishing with settlement with clients and drivers. The application for drivers allowing to receive and transmit quickly information on orders through the mobile phone or the navigator is created. A system allows to control operation of managers and drivers.
Solution
At the end of 2009, the New Yellow Taxi company held a competition on delivery of the software for automation of dispatching service. Among participants of tender there were both Russian, and foreign companies. The Infocraft company which proposed the ready-made solution "Infocraft became the winner of competition : Management of taxi service" on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform.
Start
Automation of dispatching service in division of "The new yellow taxi" in St. Petersburg became a pilot project. Setup and start of a system were executed in a short time, and in February, 2010 the taxi service worked at the new software.
Input of a system in operation at the central office is executed in February, 2011.
