Now the enterprise with the state more than 700 employees has several offices in Kazan and other cities of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The state unitary enterprise of the Republic of Tatarstan "Head territorial design and survey, Tatinvestgrazhdanproekt scientific and production firm is formed in 1934.

On the account SUE Tatinvestgrazhdanproekt dozens of projects of building of residential districts, quarters with all infrastuktury, hundreds of apartment houses in the cities of Kazan, Naberezhnye Chelny, Almetyevsk, Zelenodolsk, Yelabuga in which about 1.5 million people live.

On our projects unique objects, such as opera and ballet theater of M. Dzhalil, the Bolshoi Russian drama Theatre, the Kazan circus awarded awards of Council of Ministers of the USSR, Sports palace, the central stadium, the Qol Sharif mosque, restoration and reconstruction of objects of the Kazan Kremlin, and many other things are constructed.

10 architectural and planning workshops, department of engineering survey with laboratory, a model workshop are a part of the enterprise. In the organization about 750 highly qualified specialists work.

SUE Tatinvestgrazhdanproekt has licenses for all types of project works and engineering survey, accomplishment of functions of the general designer, customer, expert and advisory activity, engineering services, inspection of buildings and constructions, the license of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation for implementation of the activity knitted with inspection of a status, preservation, restoration and repair of historical and cultural monuments.

Now the institute develops the territorial complex scheme of development planning of the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan, master plans practically on all large cities and the district centers of the Republic.

SUE Tatinvestgrazhdanproekt is the general project organization for reconstruction and restoration of the Kazan Kremlin - a monument history and architecture of the all-Russian value. According to the Federal target program "Preserving and Development of the Historic Center of Kazan" the institute executes projects of reconstruction of buildings and constructions of the Kazan Kremlin.

SUE Tatinvestgrazhdanproekt takes the 5th place in the rating list among 14 thousand design and survey organizations of the Russian Federation and the 2nd place in the rating of the project and surveying organizations with turnover from 500 million to 1 billion rubles.
