The government of Chelyabinsk region automates preparation of financial provision of accomplishment of the state tasks

The BFT company will provide transition to financial provision of accomplishment of the state tasks for rendering public services (execution of works) in the form of a subsidy in Chelyabinsk region.

Objectives

During the project the available lists of public services (works) rendered (executed) public institutions of Chelyabinsk region in spheres of social protection of the population, health care, physical culture and sport, culture, agriculture, management of the woods will be finished (with selection of options of providing service). Offers on formation, financial provision and control over the implementation of the state tasks will be developed, the algorithm of calculation of standard costs on rendering services and on the maintenance of property of public institutions of Chelyabinsk region is defined. For pilot organizations projects of the state tasks will be prepared and the size of a subsidy for financial provision of accomplishment of the state tasks is determined.

Solution

Specialists of the contractor will carry out expertize of the normative legal documents providing implementation of modern mechanisms of productive process management of providing the public services rendered by public institutions of Chelyabinsk region and in case of need will prepare offers on their completion.

Implementation of the automated tools for formation and the analysis of execution of the state tasks, calculation of standard costs on rendering services and the maintenance of property of organizations, subsidies for accomplishment of the state tasks for rendering public services will allow to reduce time and labor costs and to increase efficiency of activity of executive authorities of Chelyabinsk region.
