In Tatfondbank the new information system for automation of process of issue of mortgage loans is put into operation. The solution "CMD-Soft is the cornerstone of the new IT-system: The credit front office for retail bank based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM".
"Development of Bank, in particular repeated increase in volumes of issue of mortgage loans, forced us to look for new, more effective, technologies for automation of our work. We carefully selected the IT company for implementation of the project because we set as the purpose already at the first stage of the project to achieve the results showing advantages of a new system and allowing employees to get practical experience of work in the conditions of qualitatively higher level of business process automation", - the vice chairman of the board of AIKB "Tatfondbank" Sergey Meshchanov told.
Work on the project began in November, 2010. In May, 2011 the working version on the basis of the solution "CMD-Soft was developed: The credit front office for retail bank based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM", integrated with own systems of Bank. In June the working group of employees of the bank started complex testing of a new system. Representatives of all divisions connected with mortgage lending entered into group. In three months all chain of processes from primary address before issuance of credits was tested. Since September the Center of mortgage lending of Bank passed to work with a new system.
"Due to investment of a system with necessary I.Q. many procedures are performed automatically and are transferred to the jurisdiction of the credit specialist. It significantly reduces load of underwriters, reducing time of request processing of clients. Also in the conditions of growth of volumes of credit affairs, there was a task of their centralized storage and structurization. For this purpose, being guided by experience of our partner CMD-Soft, the decision on creation of the electronic credit folder was made", - the director of the department of information technologies of AIKB "Tatfondbank" Haysanov Konstantin told.
Within the project the convenient solution allowing to perform an absentee voting of credit committee is developed and to quickly inform credit specialists on approval of the credit request. On-line integration with different information systems of Bank allowed to reduce significantly time of consideration of the credit request and to lower labor costs on the conclusion of a credit deal.
"The received results of operation of a new system allow to claim that we made a right choice concerning services and the solution of CMD-Soft company. Professionalism of consultants of the IT company allowed to create the atmosphere of creative mutual understanding which helped us to make important decisions on change of processes for the purpose of increase in their efficiency", - the vice chairman of the board of AIKB "Tatfondbank" Sergey Meshchanov noted.
