Ukrsotsbank transferred all IT system to outsourcing for 10 years

IBM and PJSC Ukrsotsbank signed the service provision agreement for a period of 10 years.

Cooperation is directed to increase in flexibility of banking activities, quality improvement of customer service and cost reduction. According to the agreement service of information systems of bank turns into maintaining IBM company.

Details

The declared value of the agreement of $200 million IBM will be responsible for development and support of applications and information systems of PJSC Ukrsotsbank and also for management of IT infrastructure of bank.

Under the terms of the agreement, IBM undertakes management and support of a portfolio of applications of PJSC Ukrsotsbank, the systems of DPC, IT networks, the park of ATMs and also support of end users.
