The Cream Studio salon implements an accounting system and automates work with clients

The 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) and beauty shop "Cream Studio" completed the project of automation using the solution "BIT: Beauty".

Task

Due to the expansion the studio began work in a new format. Before implementation in salon no information system therefore the question of automation of all business processes became especially relevant was used. The management of salon was interested in implementation of the software product solving a number of important problems of such blocks as:

• maintaining customer base;
• inventory control and work with suppliers;
• accounting of employees and equipment;
• accounting of the rendered services and sales.

The partner in the project selected 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT).

Results

As a result of increase in accuracy and efficiency of accounting and planning of loading employee performance of salon increased.

Upon completion of the project work of administrators of salon is automated. As a result the quantity of errors during the conducting record of clients, time management decreased and working schedules of specialists; there was an opportunity to carry out analytics on the rendered services and perfect sales.
