The Vega concern starts trial operation of EDMS

The Vega concern passes to electronic document management.

Task

According to the program of modernization of JSC Vega Concern in 2011 the decision on creation of a corporate system of internal organizational and administrative electronic document management was made. After the careful analysis of the solutions presented at the Russian market, the choice was stopped on the solutions of iDoc company developed on the DocsVision platform. This choice is caused on the one hand by the power and flexibility of the DocsVision platform, with another, convenience and the developed functionality of solutions of iDoc that gives ample opportunities on fast adaptation of a system to the changing requirements of Concern.

Solution

In the fourth quarter 2011 of the company "Interface" also iDoc completed a joint pilot project on installation, setup and input in trial operation EDMS on the platform DocsVision in JSC Vega Concern.

Results

Within the project solutions on automation of lifecycle of organizational and administrative documents, creation of electronic archive of documents and functions of control of performing discipline are developed. Further development of this project on increase in functionality and jobs, both in head enterprise, and in the enterprises which are a part of Concern is going to be performed during 2012.
