The solution Alfa-EAM allows to trace and control timeliness of maintenance (THAT) and the repair of the equipment (RE) that reduces the probability of an exit it out of operation.

Alfa-EAM systematizes the available equipment and stores the consolidated information on the previous faults and their reasons that gives the chance to provide additional actions for prevention of failures in the future.

Reference book of the technology systems, places and positions

All actions for TORO are tied to certain Technical places. The reference book of technical places allows to structure objects of TORO by functional, process or space criteria. At the same time the binding and control of movements of the equipment between technical places is made, for each of which the specific Technology position where the item of equipment is established is specified.

Qualifiers of items of equipment

For ensuring classification of items of equipment the possibility of maintaining any number of hierarchical Qualifiers as system, defined according to the Russian standards, and user is provided in the profile solution.

Register of passports of items of equipment

The register of items of equipment represents the list of physical entities on which maintenance and repair of the equipment with indication of technology places (systems) in which installation is made is made.

The structure of indicators of the Card (Passport) of the equipment is defined proceeding from a type of the equipment (according to value of the qualifier) and allows to keep the electronic version of the passport of the equipment in full.

Reference book of points of measurement (counters)

The reference book of points of measurements allows to specify for each item of equipment of a point on which measurements of these or those indicators, for example, cooler temperature are performed. At the same time results of measurements are read out through the set intervals. A separate type of a point of measurement is the counter in which measurements are performed nakopitelno, for example, a car speedometer.

The TORO specifications allow to describe an item of equipment in terms of its component as which spare parts, mount assemblies, other items of equipment can act, for example.

Maintaining Register of process charts

The process charts used for standardization and effective work planning allow to describe the sequence of operations on periodic maintenance and repair for each unit or a type of the equipment. At the same time in relation to a type of the equipment the process chart of equipment manufacturer, and for unit - the process chart developed directly at the enterprise on the basis of the card of producer can be specified, for example. In each of them such works as surveys (inspections), maintenance made and the planned repairs can be described.

Planning of precautionary TORO

One of the main tasks of TORO is providing high degree of readiness of objects for use. Planned precautionary actions for TORO are intended for prevention of malfunctions which can lead to failures and stops on production.

The plan of TORO represents the list of actions with indication of terms and amount of works. During the work with the plan the specifics of work of the enterprise, for example, need of synchronization of actions within the technical place (system) can be considered. At the same time actions which should be executed regularly over a technical object or over object groups are also described.

In planning process for the purpose of the analysis it is possible to create several plans of TORO for the selected period for specific division, one of which, as a rule, affirms further.

In need of the Plan dates of stopping repairs are specified. Then generation of repairs with replacement of data (all information on repairs from the plan is removed and new data are calculated) or with their adding is made (search of new objects is run and the plan is replenished). In process of generation the magazine intended for control of a program runtime is filled out.

It is possible to add to the created list manually repairs which were earlier registered repairs. On the basis of the made calculations the scheduled plan report (for a month) and the annual diagram is built. Let's note that the monthly plan of TORO can be edited in a screen form (by drag and drop of the corresponding icons), planned dates of the selected repair will change at the same time. On the basis of the created plan it is possible to build the diagram of the material consumption.

Calculation of plans of TORO and plan fact analysis

The planned costs for plans of TORO for some period can be defined on the basis of calculations to plan positions.

For determination of the cost amounts which are the cornerstone of calculation the current rates for accomplishment of specific work types by own forces and contract organizations and also the material cost, equipments, etc. at book or other prices are used.

When working within the plan calculation of the actual direct costs is automatically made that allows to carry out the plan fact the analysis according to plans of TORO.

Accounting of actions of TORO

Actions for objects can be appointed manually and automatically (on the basis of data of planning). The following scheme is characteristic of manual appointment. During daily surveys Deficiencies lists for items of equipment in which the detected breakdowns and the accompanying information are specified are formed. On their basis the master appoints date, selects the corresponding type of repair and determines the norm from process charts TORO. At an object output in repair the relevant Act in which in the course of repair information on the spent materials is entered forms. Upon termination of works the Acceptance act from repair is made out and works on repair are closed.

At a stage of determination of the standard Alfa-Equipment will automatically prompt the following date of scheduled repair. At the same time information on repair is generated based on normative data in case of the indication of the standard or manually, and in the course of repair there is a possibility of addition of data in the Card with the actual values (dates, materials, etc.). After closing of repair work the spent materials are written off from the specified warehouses.
