By means of the industry software solution 1C:VDGB: Accounting for lawyer educations is automated accounting activity in YURISTPROFI law company. The participant in the project 1C Company: VDGB.

Solution

Automation of accounting, accounting of compensation of the lawyers working in lawyer educations and also accounting of settlement with users of legal services are carried successfully out to YURISTPROFI LLC thanks to implementation of the specialized 1C:VDGB software product: Accounting for lawyer educations 8, developed by specialists of our company on 1C: Enterprise platform.

Result

Functionality of the 1C:VDGB configuration: Accounting for lawyer educations 8 allow to provide the solution of the following tasks at the enterprise:

• Accounting of works on rendering legal services, including if several lawyers work with one partner;
• The statement of acts on the executed services;
• Conducting settlement with partners;
• The flexible system of purpose of assignments from lawyers;
• Automatic calculation and deduction of assignments;
• Automatic calculation of the PIT, UST and pension assignments taking into account all features of calculation of taxes for lawyers;
• Obtaining specialized tax statements, including "Data about calculated the amounts of UST from the income of lawyers";
• Also there is a possibility of obtaining the reporting on the main list of employees of the organization and on lawyer structure separately.
• Report generation "Front card of the lawyer".
