The MSD company implements technology of a video conferencing in the business center

NVision Group completed equipment of business center of pharmaceutical company MSD the equipment of multimedia and video conferencing of the class hi-end. In the project the solution, new to Russia, uniform online of the order of meeting rooms is used.

Solution

A system armoring online based on the equipment Crestron is unique the opportunities. With its help the staff of the company can not only browse loading of negotiation and armor them, and actually manage rooms at distance. So, for example, from a workplace the video conferencing can be ordered in advance, the projector for the presentation is configured, blinds are closed, lighting is selected, comfortable temperature and many other things is exposed. 11 premises are connected to an automatic control system in MSD company in Russia: 9 negotiation, educational hall and zone of video conferences.

Specific Features

A system has the flexible and wide functionality allowing to armor the premises using the wall touch Crestron TPMC-4SM panel or through the Microsoft Outlook mail, to manage lighting, devices of conditioning, blinds, an audio-and video equipment. A basis of the solution is the RACK server. Access is provided from jobs using Microsoft Outlook, the Web interface and the wall touchpads Crestron TPMC-4SM. For integration into the MS Exchange server and centralization of management software of Crestron RoomView Server Edition is used.
