Transport of motor depot No. 2 UDP of the Russian Federation is equipped with a monitoring system

The Glosav company completed an implementation project of a monitoring system and control of the equipment in Federal State Budgetary Institution Avtobaza № 2 of the Presidential Property Management Department of the Russian Federation.

Task

Main goal of the announced project - expense reduction on operation of vehicles at simultaneous increase in efficiency of a motor depot. The abuses connected with violation of technology discipline are frequent at the enterprises having own vehicle fleet and the number of the equipment – the higher than a percent of violations is more and, as a result, than unconstrained expenses.

A system Glosav allows to plan work of transport, to visually keep track of location and movement of pieces of equipment on electronic cards and also to automatically reveal deviations from a route. At the same time the monitoring system automatically creates a complete packet of waybills the and also the standard and specialized reports giving the broad picture of use of transport and allowing to make the correct calculation with each driver.

Solution

All these opportunities, including assessment of performance indicators, were shown to the customer in the fall of 2011. After success of "a pilot zone" the agreement on cooperation within which the Glosav company equipped with a monitoring system more than 500 units of vehicles was signed. The CEO Glosav Igor Kashirin emphasized that the complexity and non-standard of this project is connected with a wide line of models, provided in the customer's vehicle fleet and also extraordinary implementation deadlines. So, under the terms of the agreement, all works on equipment installation needed to be finished until the end of 2011.
