The Tinkoff Credit Systems bank upgrades a management system for card projects

The TSYS company announced carrying out updating of the software package PRIME by Tinkoff Credit Systems (TCS) bank for management of card projects to version 4.

Task

TKS issues credit cards of a premium class for clients of all regions of Russia. For attraction and customer service and collecting of payments the hi-tech operational card platform is used. Support is provided using own Call center through which request processing of clients, activation of cards and management of debt repayment is made.

Now for management of issue of MasterCard credit cards "Tinkoff Platinum" the bank will use PRIME 4.
