In 2000, the company created and continuously expanded the city's largest chain of self-service grocery stores "Three Fat Men." Currently, the size of the chain: 10 supermarkets with a total trading area of ​ ​ more than 5 thousand square meters and a Centralized workshop for the production of salads, cooking and semi-finished products with a store during production.

Since 2001 the company successfully works at the market of developer activity: construction and operation modern trade and shopping centers in all districts of the city. The total area of ​ ​ existing and under construction Shopping Centers: more than 30 thousand sq.m.

Since 2005, the company began to develop operations in the financial market. The company uses a centralized purpose management system (MBO) based on international management practices. Strategic financial planning is underway, budgets are being built, and their implementation is being evaluated. The company's existing business processes are formalized. In order to improve them, internal control and internal audit units have been established and are functioning.
