The network of shops "Three Fat Men" starts the implementing solution ERP for retail

The Khabarovsk supermarket chain "Three Fat Men" implements the ERP system of AVARDA.RetailNetwork for FOOD. Integrator in the project Ansoft company.

Project Task

The purpose of implementation of a new information system in Three Fat Men network is complex business process automation and increase in efficiency of trade. As a result of the ERP project in the AVARDA.RetailNetwork for FOOD system the staff of all trade divisions and the central office of the company will work. The total quantity of at the same time working users will make 289 people.

Objectives

First of all implementation of control block is supposed trade inventories of AVARDA.InventoryManagement. It will allow the retailer to automate calculation of requirement of shops for goods and it is essential to reduce labor costs by this transaction and also to reduce the value of excesses and to reduce deficit of goods in warehouses. In the short term - use of functionality of a system on accounting of seasonality, a weather forecast, marketing actions and complete transition to automatic control of stocks.

During the ERP project interaction of the AVARDA.RetailNetwork for FOOD system with a system for Cyberplat payment acceptance, a control system of the cash transactions Set Prisma, Scantech-ID price-chekerami and also the different fiscal and weight equipment will be organized.

Opinions

According to the Chief information officer of Three Fat Men network Scherbakov Roman, the rich experience of implementing solution became the most powerful arguments for benefit of system implementation of AVARDA. "At first there were doubts whether the Moscow supplier without local branch will be able to implement and support a system taking into account territorial remoteness and a 7-time difference in time, but, having discussed all nuances with Ansoft company and considering experience of their remote implementations through the whole country, we are sure of success of the forthcoming project", - Scherbakov Roman adds.

The director of Three Fat Men network Reynlib Mikhail notes: "With growth of network our company as, probably, and many others, had serious problems with the accounting system. The used program did not allow to scale the company as became strongly outdated further any more. We decided that there is no sense to implement the next simple accounting system as we need a qualitative step on the way of increase in business performance. The decision on class ERP system implementation was made. During the tender we considered the leading domestic and foreign solutions for product retail. We selected the Russian ERP system of AVARDA which covers almost all our tasks, at the same time the expert level of the supplier commands respect and optimism".
