The Government of Saint Petersburg pristpat to an eskpluatation of a corporate portal

The Technoserv company and Reksoft company completed the project of creation of an informational portal for Committee of economic development, industrial policy and trade (KERPPIT) of the Government of Saint Petersburg.

Background

Within the contract of Technoserv and Reksoft company developed the concept and design of new portal KERPPIT, carried out development and deployment of the portal, including installation and setup of the necessary software and also performed all necessary accompanying works (analytics, personnel training, etc.). The full stroke of project works took 10 months.

Solution

The main attention when developing the portal was paid to process optimization of information exchange KERPPIT with users – both physical, and legal entities including foreign. For the solution of this task full design of an information structure of the portal was executed, the English-language version is developed, the convenient and clear system of search is implemented. Besides, for convenience of regular users the opportunity of independent setup of design of the portal using management of arrangement of the information blocks relating to work of managements KERPPIT, news, actions, changes in the legislation, etc. was offered.

The separate emphasis during creation of a resource was placed on interactive interaction with audience. For this purpose on the portal the feedback form, polls were placed, automatic rating of materials is organized. Besides, for convenience of the customer the statistical system allowing management KERPPIT to estimate effectively popularity of information materials and sections was created.

New portal KERPPIT was implemented on a technology platform 1C-Bitrix and works in all popular browsers.
