Salavatneftemash (1C: Enterprise 8.2)

In July, 2011 at the JSC Salavatneftemash enterprise implementation of the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management program successfully came to the end. JSC Salavatneftemash is one of the manufacturers of the equipment for oil-and-gas, processing industry, largest in Russia, and also for trunk pipelines. Implementation was performed by specialists Soft-Portal company. It was the interesting and difficult project requiring high-quality professional approach.

The grade level of users became one of important stages of the project. It was necessary to train 54 key experts of the enterprise in practical work in the program. Before the project manager there was a difficult task: "How at the same time to train such number of users, without preventing them from working and without involving additional consultants to training?" All command is occupied with implementation and to select a part of specialists — means for training to distract them from other works! And the project budget does not allow to attract additional specialists.

For the solution of this task the project manager addressed to Smart Enterprise training center and together with the consultant of the center picked up a necessary set of remote rates. Remote rates cover all main jobs and were ideal for user training of the enterprise. And of course indisputable advantage was that using remote rates it is possible to provide at the same time training of all specialists of the enterprise, without preventing them from working. And all because training is provided remotely, and consultants of training center are responsible for consultation and certification of students.

The idea of user training using remote rates "Smart Enterprise" very much was pleasant to the customer. Rates completely conformed to all qualifying standards, and allowed with guarantee, qualitatively and in time to solve a problem of user training and also to hold examination for issue of admission to work with the program.
