The Alkasar advertizing agency increases efficiency of joint work and upgrades the workflow system and information exchange

The Giusto Consulting company and Alkasar Advertising agency completed an implementation project of a corporate system of information exchange.

Background

Being a participant of the program of corporate licensing, RA "Alkasar" had an opportunity to use advantages on implementation of deployment of the new software. Preparation of deployment is made in the form of consultations of the certified specialists for three groups of products at choice: OS and applications, SharePoint Server and Exchange Server.

In the company there was a need for automation of the internal business processes, increase in efficiency of joint work between the staff of the company including working in regional offices.

In addition to SharePoint deployment planning, the project included solution development for automation of the most characteristic task of RA "Alkasar" in order that the company could get acquainted with opportunities of Microsoft SharePoint Server 2010.

Solution

It was decided to automate three departments of the company: Department of HR, department of IT and General department. Upon completion of the project these departments received the unrolled system with the portals configured for each department (based on the solution SharePoint Corporate portal). Also Giusto Consulting was specialists the assessment of the environment for automation on the basis of which the document with recommendations about further use of the Microsoft SharePoint Server 2010 system was made is carried out.
