The beauty shop "Mindal" implements the automation equipment in customer service process

The 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) automated process of management of diagrams of masters and payroll in new Ekaterinburg beauty shop "Mindal". The specialized program "BIT became the platform of automation of transactions : Beauty".

Background

The salon needed the convenient and inexpensive software product which allowed:

• provide the high level of customer service;
• control onto the minimum remaining balance;
• perform calculation of salaries.

Solution

A choice was made for benefit of software "BIT: Beauty" which not only met requirements of salon for functionality, but also allowed to make automation less costly. The program works based on "1C: Accounting 8" of PROF version — the software product implemented in salon and providing automation of drawing up the regulated reporting and conducting accounting and tax accounting.

Result

The implemented program actively is used in salon for payroll, ensuring control of stock balance and planning of working schedules.

Implementation allowed to achieve the following results:

• increase in level customer service;
• quality improvement of work of salon and employees;
• decrease in losses of materials.
