At the enterprises of JSC Tulachermet the monitoring system of transport and control over consumption of fuel and lubricants is implemented

The Geostandart-Tula company carried out system implementation of monitoring of "Navigator-S" and equipment by control facilities of motor and railway transport of the metallurgical enterprise JSC Tulachermet.

Results

As a result of system implementation of monitoring of "Navigator-S" of costs for fuels and lubricants were reduced by 30%.

For control of location of locomotives, the number of parking, fuel consumption the monitoring system of "Navigator-S" is installed. In addition specialists of the company equipped more than 40 units of transport and special equipment (BelAZ, loaders, tractors and bulldozers).

Opinion

• As a result of use of a monitoring system and control of Navigator-S transport it was succeeded to achieve cutting of costs for fuel, - the deputy commercial director of JSC Tulachermet Gennady Fokin comments. - In turn, it led to reduction of maintenance costs and operation of transport in general. Implementation of the complete solution allowed to increase the level of production discipline, to exclude inappropriate use of office transport and special equipment.
