The Asteros Consulting company started the project of support of software products based on "1C: Enterprise" at the International airport of the city of Sochi.
Task
The Sochi International Airport uses solutions based on "1C: Enterprise". The company keeps the automated project accounting of large-scale reconstruction and construction of the new terminal in the Management of the Construction Organization program. The decision on transfer of service maintenance of a system to the third-party contractor was made. Since the beginning of 2012 the Asteros Consulting company started support of the solution at Sochi Airport.
Solution
Staff of technical support of Asteros Consulting performs the following works:
- methodological maintenance – consultation of users concerning correct work with the available functionality of a system;
- administration and technical maintenance – elimination of incidents, work-related IT infrastructures and also automation of the package transactions connected with accomplishment of a large number of routine actions;
- procedural updates – entering into a configuration of the changes delivered by 1C company;
- the analysis of the offers made by users on completion of a system and formalization of requirements for developers.
The quality of service support is enshrined in the agreement SLA that gives to the customer the chance to analyze and to flexibly regulate the volume of the received services and expenses on IT.
