Based on NNIIPK Federal State Institution of the academician E.N. Meshalkin the implementation project of a control system of execution of instructions with functions of electronic document management for one of departments is complete. The implementer in the project Technologika company.
Background
This implementation had a number of premises. In department there was no accurate mechanism of task allocation between employees, so it was impossible to trace for what reason this or that task was not carried out, and in contrast who made a bigger contribution to implementation of the carried-out task. There was no possibility of monitoring of terms of accomplishment of the instructions issued to employees as about them there was no information in open access. As a result there was no opportunity to monitor accomplishment of more global objects set for department for which accomplishment the staff of department worked.
Solution
Thus, increase in efficiency of department through control of completion dates of the tasks set to each individual employee of department was the purpose of system implementation of control of execution of instructions. Automation of process of registration of incoming correspondence which main objective was a decrease in time expenditure on processing of incoming documents became an additional task.
During the project the Control system of execution of instructions on the Microsoft Office SharePoint 2010 platform was implemented.
At the moment a system is started and undergoes the approbation within one department. In the long term, the control system of execution of instructions will be implemented in each department of the organization of the customer.
