OpenComs Ltd, subsidiary company JSC Central Telegraph, developed and implemented at the beginning of 2012 at the International airport Sheremetyevo an automated system of EasySpeech. A system is created using a sensing technology of the speech and allows to inform passengers on a current status of run in the automatic mode.

In EasySpeech the most modern sensing technologies of a voice are used that allows a system to provide information on the client's request within several seconds. If for any reasons a system nevertheless is not able to automatically determine need of the client, then the call will be transferred to the call center operator for the subsequent service.

To learn a current status of any run of Sheremetyevo it is enough to call by uniform number +7 (495) 956-46-66 and to call a destination point or the flight number. If the flight number is not called, then a system will suggest to select from the relevant runs made in a time frame "plus or minus two hours" from the request moment.
