AEG Power Solutions consists of two divisions — Renewable energy solutions (RES) and Energy efficiency solutions (EES). In turn the division of EES integrates two product directions — Energy Management Solution (EMS) and Communication (COM). The EMS direction is concentrated on development and production of solutions for conversion, filtering and stabilization of electrotension for use in the industry and infrastructure electrical power applications. The COM direction is engaged in the product development providing providing reliable power supply, first of all to the UPS for objects of telecommunication infrastructure, including for DPCs.

The division of EES works at such vertical markets as oil and gas, transport, generation of the electric power, mechanical engineering and infotelekommunikation. In 2010 turnover of EES made 193 million euros, from them 77% also 23% — services were provided with products and solutions.

According to the announced plans till 2015, EES expects the annual growth of turnover of business approximately in 6%. The key directions for division at this stage select solutions for corporate DPCs, new developments for the solutions Smart Microgrids and also expansion of a service portfolio of division. According to Mr. Laskri, now to AEG Power Solutions there is restructuring during which it is going to select within several coming months the direction of DPCs and IT in general in independent division.

In Russia the division of EES of AEG Power Solutions company got to work in the middle of 2011. BTK company is his only distributor in our country. At the same time the industrial division of RES has longer experience on Russian the market, and the aggregate turnover of AEG Power Solutions in 2010 was 15 million euros.
