The North Caucasian Higher Professional Education branch FSBEI "Russian academy of justice" automates work of selection committee and educational department as the software product "BIT: Management of university". The project is implemented by BIT-Krasnodar company.

Solution

Increase in effective management of university was promoted by automation based on system products "BIT: Management of university" ("BIT: Teaching department" and "BIT: Selection committee").

Were automated:

Work of selection committee:

• data recording of entrants,
• formation of the lists allowed to entrance examinations, the examination sheets, the plan of acceptance, lists enlisted, the order on transfer and also providing the reporting according to the results of work;

Work of dean's offices and educational department:

• formation and storage of personal records of students,
• formation of working curricula,
• formation of the orders regulating learning process, the academic references, certification sheets, etc.
