Normative accounting in the North Caucasian branch of "The Russian academy of justice" is implemented by solution 1C

The North Caucasian Higher Professional Education branch FSBEI "Russian academy of justice" automates office accounting by the solution "1C: Budget Institution Accounting 8". The project is implemented by BIT-Krasnodar company.

Solution

The expert center on work with educational institutions of BIT-Krasnodar company implemented the project of automation of work of selection committee and all educational divisions of the North Caucasian branch of Federal state-funded educational institution of higher education "Russian academy of justice" by means of programs of a line "BIT: Management of university". Besides, forces of specialists of BIT made a transfer of university about "1C: Enterprise 7.7" on the modern solution "1C: Budget Institution Accounting 8". In the project progress 30 jobs were automated.

For conducting regulated accounting in branch of academy the program on the 1C: Enterprise 7.7 platform was used. With change of the legislation for public institutions it was required to upgrade the 1C: Budget Institution Accounting 8 programs to the new version.

Automation of accounting allowed to solve such problems as:

• drawing up budget, accounting, statistical, tax statements;
• conducting the isolated accounting on sources of financial provision;
• accounting of authorization of expenses, etc.
