The new product provides communication service providers with information, important for business, such as behavioral models of use by subscribers of the network resources, indicators of average income counting on the subscriber (Average Revenue Per User, ARPU) which are not completed for various reasons orders and "reset" because of failures of the systems of phone calls and also performance indicators of marketing campaigns. For the purpose of reduction of time for deployment, decrease in integration expenses and risks and also support of the subsequent updates of Oracle also represents ready modules adapters "extraction, loadings and conversions" ("to extract, load and transform", ELT) for Oracle Communications Data Model. Version 11.2.5 contains the Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control Adapter for Oracle Communications Data Model adapter.

The industry-first ELT adapter optimized for a certain product and completely ready to work supports two modes of data loading – standard and operational (in real time). The adapter also contains data mapping forms for CDR, EDR and the balance sheet reporting of the subscriber.

"Today communication service providers often do not manage to apply analytics effectively. It is connected with difficulty of data acquisition from several sources and their organization in data models, suitable for use, – Larry Goldman, the partner and the head of researches of software products for a telecom in Analysys Mason company emphasized. – In the new version of Oracle provides the adapter which provides interaction of a management system, accounting and tariffing of services of the telecom operator with the analytical platform".

It allows to provide (almost in real time) with the minimum delay data for the predictive analysis of potential outflow of the clients using both prepaid (prepaid), and the services paid upon (postpaid); data on average income counting on the subscriber (ARPU) and other statistical data about use of communication services. Besides, the built-in integration between Oracle Communications Data Model and the solution Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control unifies the analytical systems for communication service providers and helps to lower the time and finance costs connected with implementation of the corporate data warehouse.
