The 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) automated conducting operational and management accounting in stomatology Guarantor in Ufa, implementation of the program "BIT: Management of the medical center".

Background

The trade and medical organization, (BIT) entering into Mediklcentrservice LLC before product introduction of 1C: Accounting and Trade company were not automated. In particular, sales accounting in retail store was kept manually, and information registered in a notebook.

For increase in effective management of the enterprise and timely data acquisition for conducting management accounting by the management of the enterprise the decision on automation of both divisions and consolidation of data on key performance indicators of the organizations in one information system was made. A set on 5 users" 5 jobs of accountants who keep regulated accounting in the organization in general are automated.

Result

Program "BIT: Management of the medical center", selected for automation of dental clinic after requirements analysis of the enterprise, allowed to automate the main business processes of Guarantor. Implementation of the program "BIT: Management of the medical center" gave following features:

• work with the customer base, including in the field of control of settlement with visitors and records of time of visit is automated;
• control of the used materials is provided, in particular accounting of receipts, movements and stock remainders is automated;
• process of formation of cost of services is automated;
• in a common information space data of personnel, commodity, monetary and material records are integrated.
