The portal contains the following sections: "Compulsory health insurance", Provision of medicines, "National projects", Citizens appeals, Structure, Vacancies.

Basic function of the portal is an opportunity for any resident to obtain the necessary information:

• learn where and how to receive the policy of compulsory health insurance, to download an application form on obtaining the health policy;
• study the list of medicines of preferential providing and vital drugs, the list of municipal drugstores, to receive explanations concerning provision of medicines;
• browse a city health care news feed, study state programs of health care and implementation of national programs;
• see behind explanations the chief physician of the health facilities;
• learn where it is possible to go to work, having medical education and what documents are for this purpose necessary;
• see all municipal authorities of health care and the enterprise relating to this industry on the map of the city.
  

The portal is developed on the Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2010 platform which is a reliable basis for creation of the dynamic, functional and professionally issued web portals, the providing ease of the publication of content and modern functionality.

During the project specialists of Technologika company developed the specialized module of synchronization of information in lists and libraries from internal the portal intranet on the external portal which provides an opportunity as soon as possible to fill the portal with contents by forces of nontechnical specialists of the Customer. Also the cartographic module displaying health facilities on the map of the city is integrated into the portal.

Social policy portal

Basic function of the Social policy portal is simplification of interaction of inhabitants with the government institutions providing the social help to the population. It is first of all about such groups of the population as citizens with different degrees of disability, potreyavshy parents, being in a difficult life situation, needing expensive treatment, pensioners, veterans of the Great Patriotic War, young mothers, large families, students, lonely mothers.

The portal gives an opportunity:

• learn the addresses and contacts of departments of social support of the population and the complex centers of social service of the population for each area of residence and also the list of their services;
• get acquainted with the public organizations operating in the territory of Novosibirsk;
• study the social programs and projects existing in the territory of Novosibirsk and the Novosibirsk region which are conveniently located in the section of the same name "Programs and projects";
• without dead time to address to the necessary organizations rendering social services, having just filled a form on the website;
• learn where it is possible to go to work, having education in the field of pedagogics, social work and adjacent areas and what documents are for this purpose necessary;
• see all municipal authorities on social support on the map of the city.

"Life Support Systems of the City of Novosibirsk" portal

Accomplishment terms: January, 2012 - March, 2012

The portal gives an opportunity to citizens to obtain information on on duty and dispatching services of the city: fire, gas, services of heat supply, water supply and municipal services.

The main feature of the portal is online monitoring of planned and emergency shutdowns water - electro-, gas - and heat supplies in houses of the city, being in the section "Shutdown of housing stock". Data are updated daily and correspond to the current situation. To citizens data on date, start time and the ends of shutdown are available, to its reason and other important information.

The Life support systems portal is developed on platformemicrosoft by Office SharePoint Server which is a reliable basis for creation of the dynamic, functional and professionally issued web portals, and provides ease of the publication of content and modern functionality.

The portal was started in proper terms and works at full capacity. Now citizens have a convenient platform for obtaining operational information. Moreover, the horizons of development of the portal and new possible features are already planned.
