THESIS in SEI VPO to VOLGGM of the Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Russian Federation

On February 29, 2012, Volgograd. The second month of commercial operation of a document management system and tasks of TEZIS in SEI VPO to VOLGGM came to the end with the Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Russian Federation. Remote system implementation was performed by specialists of HAULMONT company in December, 2011.

At the Volgograd state medical university by the customer were selected with main objectives of system implementation of electronic document management:

• increase in efficiency and efficiency and also quality of the made management decisions due to timely obtaining necessary information;
• formalization and simplification of work with all types of regulations and workflows;
• performance improvement and efficiency of accomplishment of the tasks connected with information processing;
• increase in information transparency and controllability of workflows;
• reliable storage and possibility of quick search of electronic documents.

"For us priority criteria when choosing a system were: cross-platform, simplicity of setup and administration, a possibility of full-function work in a system far off and also the low implementation cost and ownerships. The choice of a suitable system was performed for three months. As a result of studying of ten popular EDMS, a choice was made for benefit of a document management system and tasks of TEZIS which met all our requirements and differing in optimal price relation and functionality", - the assistant to the rector of VOLGGMU on electronic document management Doletsky Alexey Nikolaevich reports.

In December, 2011 there passed remote system implementation of TEZIS in the Volgograd state medical university specialists of HAULMONT company. The project included a number of stages: installation of a system, training of the administrator and users of a system, trial operation. For two months the THESIS system is successfully operated in VOLGGMU.
