Content

The AlphaInsurance company completed an implementation project of the module SAP Claims Management of specialized IT solution.

Background

Within the project requirements to functionality of the software are developed and the stage of the choice of his supplier is carried out. Based on competitive selection the SAP company became it. The SAP company proposed the solution which is optimum corresponding to tasks AlphaInsurance.

Solution

The stage of SAP implementation Claims Management in a corporate information system AlphaInsurance began in June, 2010. The main complexity at integration of SAP FS-CM was the lack of similar projects in the IT sphere – this project was the innovation even for the Russian division of SAP. Both in FS-CM, and in systems AlphaInsurance was necessary to do completions as they were not ready to such level of integration.

Process of implementation was performed in two stages: the initial SAP FS-CM installation in the Moscow regional center of the company as the pilot platform and the subsequent replication of software in regional divisions.

At the beginning of 2012 AlphaInsurance successfully completed process of SAP implementation of Claims Management (SAP FS-CM). Optimization of mechanisms of settlement of losses both from creation of internal business processes of the company, and in terms of quality of client service became a main objective of the project.

Result

Business process automation by creation of electronic work flows allowed to integrate all divisions of the company involved in business settlement processes of losses of a car into a common information space. In a system it is possible to trace and control settlement process of losses on each case and also to distribute tasks between employees.

At the same time the functionality of the module provides saving of time and company funds, protects from errors and finally allows to provide to the client the fastest and high-quality service on settlement of an insured event".
