AT Consulting completed an implementation project of Oracle Siebel CRM in the Credit Ukrainian OTP financial company belonging to the OTP Group.
Task
The company management is faced by an ambitious problem of gaining strong positions on consumer credit market of Ukraine. It is necessary to start the main IT systems supporting business of the new company in the shortest possible time. With respect thereto the solution of the front office which proved Russia Bank in OTP was decided to use.
Solution
The implementation project of Oracle Siebel CRM took three months.
Opinion
"Implementation of Oracle Siebel CRM in OTP the Credit is a part of the global project of the OTP Group on an entry into the Ukrainian consumer credit market in outlets. The task was set for specialists of AT Consulting: in three months to construct a system which should conform completely to requirements of this market, as much as possible repeating at the same time already smoothly running Russian business processes. The company successfully implemented this project, and we are sure of continuation of cooperation further. In nine months after start of the Credit OTP program issued more than 82,000 consumer loans, opened about 4,500 thousand points of consumer crediting and also reached the level of 1,000 requests for consumer loans in day. For December, 2011 and January, 2012 12,000 OTP cards of Bank, with percent of activation 37.5 were issued", – Vladimir Mudry, the CEO of OTP noted the Credit.
