In the 1st department MOTOTRERA of the Belgorod region within a translation program of public services in an electronic form the Management system for a flow of visitors — the Electronic queue began to work. Specialists of OOO of Business International Group (BIG) developed and implemented a hardware and software system.
The BIG company has long-term experience of creation, modification and implementation of programs of different function and managed to prove positively not only in the Belgorod region, but also is far beyond its limits. Creation of the Electronic queue complex in MOTOTRERE – not the first such project of the company. So far the management system for a flow of visitors in MOTOTRERE works in the test mode. Queue on acceptance to the inspector is at the moment automated. In the nearest future the motorists who came to deliver or strike the vehicle off the register, to undergo checkup, to receive documents will be able to estimate convenience of use of a system.
The innovation will help to service effectively visitors due to reduction of a "live" flow, creation of more comfortable conditions of waiting. Except convenience to visitors, the management system for queue is necessary for work planning of department as it gives a clear picture of load distribution on each employee.
For ensuring interdepartmental electronic interaction a System will be integrated with the standard regional information system (TRIS traffic police) functioning in UGIBDD of the Belgorod region.
