The car showroom "Ring Belgorod Service" implements the solution of automation of work with clients

Ring Service Belgorod LLC pursuing increase in efficiency of work of managers with clients carried out implementation of the CRM system "1C:Enterprise 8. CRM PROF". As the contractor in the project the Business International Group (BIG) company acted.

Background

To car dealership managers "the Ring the Belgorod Service" was required to accelerate and simplify acceptance and processing of addresses of potential clients, to provide an instant information access about the client and this, necessary for full informing on car sale and company services.

The company management "the Ring Belgorod Service" in turn needed a method of quality control of work of managers which would allow to receive the objective analysis of the reasons of discontent of clients and to have detailed information on the course of all negotiations.

Result

In an automation project deliverable in Ring Service Belgorod LLC: the uniform information base of clients is created, the company creates and stores all history of customer relations (phone calls, meetings, complaints).
