Situation
The rational development strategy during the post-crisis period allowed Pioner Group to avoid reduction of staff. Moreover, in the company new divisions were created, and increase in number of workers resulted in need to automate internal business processes for fall forward and allocation efficiency and task performance and also preserving of necessary control. The fragmented data sources did not provide the necessary level of reliability, detailing, a possibility of the analysis and information storage about activity of the company. The management of Pioner Group made the decision on creation of the unified information system automating the main business processes of the company: budget management, project management, document flow, management accounting, sales management, accounting and tax accounting.
Top management role
Top management of Pioner Group formulated the following purposes of implementation of the integrated information system:
- creation of a common information space;
- increase in effective management of projects;
- formation of managerial and strategic analytics for the management (KPI);
- exception of double entry of information;
- creation of the modern and ergonomic environment for management of corporate culture (corporate portal).
In addition, the management of Pioner Group assumed that involvement of all working collective in so large-scale and long project will promote strengthening of unity and gain of command spirit of personnel and also increase in level of social and innovation activity of employees of the company.
Solution
Based on preproject inspection and the analysis of specifics of business processes of Pioner Group specialists of West Concept proposed the solution developed based on products of Microsoft. The single platform for project implementation allowed to save time and money for setup, training of employees, integration, implementation and support of a system.
In the project progress the following blocks were implemented:
- workflow automation by means of Microsoft SharePoint Server - approval and storage of documentation, the organization of a corporate portal for information exchange, the organization and recording of meetings and meetings, distribution of instructions and control of their accomplishment and so forth;
- project management using Microsoft Office Project - task management and terms on projects, use of resources, tracking of control events, a binding of documents to tasks of projects and so forth;
- budget management of means of Microsoft PerformancePoint Server - accounting of planned targets on projects, approval and control of project budgets and budgets of the company, tracking of different versions of budgets, creation of any analytical reporting, the plan-fact analysis of project budgets, analytical "navigation" panels of indicator KPI for top management on tracking of critical deviations by the plan fact;
- accounting and tax accounting in Microsoft Dynamics NAV - contractor relations, subcontractors, bank and cash desk, fixed assets, accounting and tax statements, salary and the personnel;
- management accounting by means of Microsoft Dynamics NAV - consolidation of data on group with an exception of intra-corporate turnovers, the management reporting, managerial analytics of strategic and operational levels;
- sales management using Microsoft Dynamics NAV - maintaining contractual relations with buyers and customers (formation of the plan - the payment schedule, calculation of percent of payment by installments for the diagram, reservation of premises), maintaining the reference book of premises (designs, images, the statuses of premises, possibilities of their sale, calculations of cost and cost value, change tracking).
Important arguments for benefit of the choice of the Microsoft platform were guarantees of "seamless" integration of all applications, low total cost of ownership on a workplace, a possibility of centralized operation and reliability of solutions. All this allows to save time and money for setup, training of employees, integration, implementation and support of a software platform

Results
Result of implementation of a corporate information system in Pioner Group became:
- conducting accounting, tax, management accounting, including for formation of the necessary reporting in the unified information system;
- consolidation of data of all divisions and firms of group at the level of management company of holding for the purposes of strategic planning and operational management of activity;
- maintaining and the analysis of a full stroke of relationship of service of the customer - the builder;
- maintaining and cyclical analysis of sales;
- maintaining internal system of budgeting and cost control;
- operational management of activity of the company on the basis of plan-fact model.
